4. Setting Up Your Brand Kit
Add your logos, colors and fonts so every new design and AI generation stays on brand automatically.
Your brand kit is the set of logos, colors, and fonts that define your visual identity inside Creative Suite. Once configured, these elements are applied by default to every new design you create — whether you start from a blank canvas, pick a template, or ask the AI to generate a layout. This means every poster, slide deck, or social visual automatically uses your brand's look and feel without you having to set styles manually each time. If you work within a team, an administrator can also set a shared brand kit so that every team member's output stays consistent.
The brand kit lives inside Creative Suite and covers three categories:
- Logos — Upload your primary logo and any variants (e.g., dark background version, icon-only version). They'll be available to drag onto any canvas instantly.
- Colors — Define your brand palette (primary, secondary, accent colors). These colors will pre-populate the color picker in the editor and guide AI-generated layouts.
- Fonts — Set your heading and body fonts. New text elements and AI-generated text will default to these fonts.
Because the kit feeds into AI generations too, even a layout created from a simple text description will already match your brand.
Upload at least two logo variants — one for light backgrounds and one for dark. This way, whether you're designing a white presentation slide or a dark social media post, the right logo is always one click away.
Keep your color palette focused: a primary color, a secondary color, and one or two accents is enough for most brands. A tight palette makes AI-generated layouts look polished immediately, reducing the adjustments you need to make afterward.
Open Creative Suite, navigate to your brand kit settings, and add your brand assets now:
- Upload your logo(s).
- Enter your brand colors (hex codes or use the picker).
- Set your heading and body fonts. Then create a quick blank design to confirm your colors and fonts appear by default in the editor.
Once your brand kit is saved, test it with an AI-generated layout. From the gallery, create a new design and describe what you need — for example, "a LinkedIn post announcing a product launch." The AI will propose a complete layout that already uses your brand colors, fonts, and can include your logo. You can then fine-tune everything in the drag-and-drop editor. Note that editing is free; AI generations consume credits, and the cost is shown before you confirm.
You now have a brand kit configured in Creative Suite. Your logos, colors, and fonts will be applied automatically to every new design — blank, template-based, or AI-generated. This ensures visual consistency across all your content without repetitive manual formatting. Next, try generating a full layout from a description to see your brand kit in action, and explore templates to speed up your workflow even further.
