From Mission to Live Artifact: Understanding the Concept
Understand what a Live Artifact is, how it differs from a one-off mission or a scheduled Studio task, and when to use one.

Forging a Live Artifact from a Successful Mission
Turn a completed mission into a reusable workflow by asking @oupi to forge it, confirming the recipe, and naming what varies between runs.

Forging from Plain Language on the Forge Page
Create a Live Artifact from scratch by describing the workflow in plain language and letting @oupi identify the variable inputs.

Declaring and Validating Inputs
Define typed, required or optional inputs — files, dates, keywords, choices — so every run is validated before it starts.

Running, Budgeting and Reviewing Results
Execute a run with new inputs, monitor live progress, set a budget, cancel if needed, and retrieve deliverables from the run page and file space.

Automating with Schedules and Triggers
Attach a schedule or an event-based trigger (webhook, watcher) to a Live Artifact so it runs autonomously, with each event's data mapped to inputs.

Sharing with Your Team and Managing Instances
Share a Live Artifact with team members so each gets their own instance, inputs, history and billing, while you retain the reference workflow.

The Marketplace: Install, Derive and Publish
Browse the marketplace of OUPI and organization artifacts, install one, derive a custom version, and understand ratings and governance.
