Nexus One: Mastering Your Sovereign Device

An advanced course for professionals who need to deploy, configure, and operate Nexus One — OUPI's sovereign on-premises device. You will pair a device, navigate its console, scope data access with anchors, grant capabilities to @oupi, build and share device skills, configure remote access, and understand the full safety model. By the end, you will run sovereign workloads with confidence.

Plan du cours

1 What Nexus One Is and Why It Matters Understand the sovereignty model: data stays on your premises, only results travel back, and how Nexus One fits into the broader My connections ecosystem. 2 Pairing Your Device Generate a five-minute single-use pairing code from My connections and complete the pairing handshake so the device appears in your console. 3 Navigating the Device Console Read live telemetry and health, review capabilities, inspect artifacts pushed back, and organise devices into groups for bulk management. 4 Anchors: Scoping What Missions Can See Create, modify, and remove anchors — the exposed folders that define the exact perimeter missions may read and write on the device. 5 Grants: Giving @oupi the Right Capabilities Configure per-device and per-group grants so missions can dispatch work to the device while keeping the default sovereign posture for the rest of the fleet. 6 Device Skills: Build, Version, Share, Propose Produce reusable know-how on the device — with code, manual, and instructions — then enrich it, save new versions, share with your team, or propose it to OUPI. 7 Remote Access and Local Login Enable or disable the secure tunnel for remote access, authorise local login with the six-character code, and understand when each option is appropriate. 8 Safety Model and Operational Best Practices Review the full safety chain — data locality, anchor scoping, revocable grants, remote-access defaults, credit billing, and connection revocation — and apply best practices to a real deployment scenario.
