OupiBox: The Sandbox Behind the AI · Leçon 7 sur 7

7. Hands-On: Build a Real Document

Put it all together by uploading a file, asking the AI to process it in OupiBox, and retrieving the polished output from your file space.

OupiBox is the isolated workshop behind the AI. Instead of just describing what a document should look like, the AI actually executes code, processes your files, runs calculations, and builds real outputs — Word reports, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint decks, charts, and archives. Nothing runs on your machine, and nothing leaks between users. The sandbox is created for your task, does its job, then is discarded. Your file space is the source of truth: every output the AI produces is materialized back there and shown as a card in your conversation. In this lesson, you'll walk through the full cycle: upload a file, ask the AI to process it, and retrieve the polished result.

The file flow works in three stages. First, you attach a file (or select one from your file space) — it's uploaded into the sandbox. Second, the AI works on it: cleaning data, reformatting, converting, charting, or building a new document from scratch. Third, the finished output is brought back into your file space and displayed as a card labeled "Materialized by OupiBox." The sandbox itself is then discarded. This means you never need to worry about leftover temporary files or stale environments — your file space always holds the definitive version.

Astuce

Ask for the file, not a description of the file. Instead of "Describe how to format this report," say "Build me a formatted Word report from this data." OupiBox executes real work, so phrase your request as an action the AI should complete and deliver.

You don't need to tell the AI how to format things. OupiBox has built-in skills — ready-made procedures that encode professional standards for Word documents, styled spreadsheets, slide decks, and data reports. The AI picks the relevant skill automatically based on your request. This means whether you or a colleague asks for the same type of deliverable, the output follows consistent formatting and structure every time. Administrators maintain these skills, so they evolve with your organization's standards.

À vous de jouer

Go to the Pro Chat. Attach a file you'd like polished — a rough spreadsheet, a text draft, or raw data. Then ask the AI something concrete: "Clean this data and build a formatted Excel file with a summary chart." Watch the live progress, then open your file space to find the finished output marked "Materialized by OupiBox."

Astuce

If a task seems slow, that's normal — the AI is doing real work (installing dependencies, processing data, rendering documents). You can follow progress step by step in the conversation. If it gets stuck, just tell it: the AI can change approach and retry on its own.

OupiBox costs credits for compute time on top of the model's token usage. A quick data cleanup is inexpensive; rendering a long illustrated report costs more. You can see the cost alongside each message or mission. The sandbox is sovereign — it runs in isolated environments controlled by OUPI with no provider keys inside, and your files stay in your OUPI file space.

À retenir

You've completed the full OupiBox cycle: upload a file, give the AI a concrete action, let it execute real code in an isolated sandbox, and retrieve the polished output from your file space. Remember: ask for deliverables, not descriptions. Skills handle formatting automatically. The sandbox is discarded after each task — your file space is always the source of truth. Costs scale with compute time and tokens, and everything stays sovereign.
