6. Controlling What OUPI Remembers
Review, edit and delete the preferences and facts stored in your Memory page, knowing nothing is used to train models.
Every time you chat with OUPI, it can pick up on your preferences, recurring contexts, and facts you share — things like your role, your preferred tone, or projects you mention often. This collection is called your **Memory**, and OUPI uses it to give you more relevant, personalized answers in chat. The key thing to know: your Memory belongs to you. You can read every item stored there, edit anything that's outdated, and delete whatever you like. And here's an important reassurance — **nothing you write is ever used to train any AI model**. Your data stays yours.
Your Memory page lives inside your account settings. It lists each piece of information OUPI has remembered, so there are no hidden entries. Each item can be:
• **Read** — see exactly what OUPI stored and when.
• **Edited** — correct or update a fact (e.g., you changed roles or projects).
• **Deleted** — remove anything you no longer want OUPI to use.
Changes take effect right away: once you delete or edit a memory item, OUPI's future answers will reflect that change immediately.
TipReview your Memory page from time to time — especially after a big project wraps up or your role changes. Removing outdated facts helps OUPI stay accurate and avoids suggestions based on old context.
TipIf you ever want to go further than just clearing memories, the Privacy center lets you see all data held about you, request a full export, or even delete your account entirely (confirmed by a security step).
Try it nowOpen your **Memory** page now (Settings → Memory). Browse the items OUPI has stored. Try editing one fact to make it more accurate, and delete any entry that feels outdated or unnecessary. RecapYour Memory page gives you full transparency and control over what OUPI knows about you. You can read, edit, and delete any stored preference or fact at any time — changes apply immediately. Nothing you write is used to train AI models. For broader data management (export, account deletion), visit the Privacy center.
