1. Navigating the Communication Hub
Understand the layout and core modules of the Communication Hub so you can orient yourself across email, voice, SMS, and the AI panel.
The Communication Hub is your single workspace for every outbound and inbound communication channel: email, voice calls, SMS, and an ever-present AI assistant. Instead of switching between separate tools, you connect your mailboxes, configure AI voice agents, and send text messages — all from one unified interface. The hub is organized into clearly labeled modules you can navigate from the top or side menu:
• Email – Connect mail accounts, sync your inbox, compose and reply with AI-powered drafting. • Voice – Create AI voice agents from templates, attach phone numbers, write call scripts, and use the dialer to place or schedule calls. Every call stores a transcript you can review. • SMS – Send text messages to contacts and keep a full conversation history. • AI Panel – A collapsible assistant on the right side of the screen that works in the context of whatever module you're viewing. • Contacts – A shared directory accessible from any composer or dialer. • Campaigns – Prepare an email once and send it to a targeted set of contacts.
The Email module is where you connect one or more mail accounts and sync your inbox into the hub. Once synced, new mail arrives with each refresh. You can preview messages, compose new ones, or reply — and at every step the AI panel can draft, rewrite, or adjust the tone of your text before you hit send. You always review the AI's output before anything goes out.
From the Email section you also access Campaigns: prepare a message once, select your target contacts, send, and track delivery — all without leaving the hub.
The Voice module centers on AI voice agents — intelligent bots that handle phone calls on your behalf. You create an agent from a template, then fine-tune its behavior in the built-in editor. Each agent can have a phone number attached (via the "Get a number" option) so it can place or receive calls.
Agents follow call scripts: structured scenarios that define goals, questions to ask, and objection-handling logic. You build and edit scripts under Voice > Scripts, then link them to specific calls.
The dialer lets you call immediately or schedule a call for later. After every call, the hub stores a full transcript. You can open any past call and request an on-demand AI summary of what was discussed and decided.
The AI Panel sits on the right side of the hub and can be toggled open or closed at any time. It is context-aware: it knows which module and which item you're currently viewing. Give it a natural-language instruction — "summarize this email thread," "draft a follow-up," "prepare a call script for this contact" — and it acts immediately within that context.
Because it works across email, voice, and SMS, the AI panel is your single assistant for the entire hub rather than a feature locked to one channel.
Costs are transparent: voice calls are billed by duration, SMS per message, and AI agent intelligence uses AI credits. The hub always shows the cost before you confirm an action, so check the indicator before placing a call or sending a batch of messages.
Contacts are shared across every channel. When you update a contact's details in the Contacts section, the change is reflected in the email composer, the voice dialer, and the SMS module — no need to maintain separate lists.
Open the Communication Hub now (dashboard → Communication Hub). Launch the Getting Started guided tour — it walks you through the main modules in 4 steps. As you go, toggle the AI panel open on the right and try giving it a simple instruction like "What can you help me with here?" to see context-aware suggestions.
You now know the layout of the Communication Hub: Email for synced inboxes, AI-assisted composing, and campaigns; Voice for AI agents, call scripts, the dialer, and transcripts; SMS for text messaging with history; the AI Panel for context-aware assistance across all channels; and Contacts shared everywhere. Costs (call duration, SMS per message, AI credits) are always displayed before you act. Next, you'll dive deeper into each module.
