3. Running Email Campaigns
Create a targeted email campaign by preparing a message, selecting contacts, and tracking the send from the Campaigns page.
Email campaigns in the Communication Hub let you compose a message once and send it to a targeted set of contacts — no need to email people one by one. Everything happens on the Campaigns page: you prepare your content, choose who receives it, and then monitor the send status from the same view. Because contacts are shared across the entire hub (email, voice, SMS), the audience you build for a campaign can be reused or refined for future outreach.
Here is the typical workflow for running a campaign:
- Open the Campaigns page — navigate to Email > Campaigns inside the Communication Hub.
- Create a new campaign — start a fresh campaign and give it a clear name so you can find it later.
- Prepare your message — write the email body. You can use the AI panel on the right side of the screen to draft, rewrite, or adjust the tone of your message before finalizing it.
- Select your contacts — target the recipients from your shared contact directory. Search and filter to build the right audience.
- Review and send — double-check the content and recipient list, then launch the campaign.
- Track the send — return to the Campaigns page to monitor delivery status and progress.
Before creating your first campaign, make sure your mail account is connected and synced. Without a connected account, the hub cannot send on your behalf. Head to Email and add your account if you haven't already.
Use the AI panel while drafting your campaign message. Just give it an instruction like "make this more concise" or "adjust the tone to be more formal" — it works in the context of what you're currently editing. You always review the result before sending.
Keep your shared contact directory up to date before launching a campaign. Accurate contacts mean better targeting and fewer bounced emails. You can search and manage contacts from the Contacts section of the hub.
Open the Communication Hub and go to Email > Campaigns. Create a new campaign: write a short message (or ask the AI panel to draft one), select a few test contacts from your directory, and send the campaign. Then return to the Campaigns page to check its delivery status.
You now know how to run an email campaign end to end: open the Campaigns page, compose your message (with optional AI help), target contacts from the shared directory, send, and track delivery — all from one place. Remember that your contacts carry across email, voice, and SMS, so a well-maintained directory benefits every channel in the hub.
