2. Connecting and Managing Your Email
Connect a mail account, sync your inbox, and learn to compose and reply to messages with AI-assisted drafting.
The Communication Hub brings your email, voice, and SMS into a single workspace. Within the Email section, you can connect one or more mail accounts, sync your inbox, preview incoming messages, and compose or reply — all without leaving the platform. A shared contact directory means every address you use in email is also available for calls and SMS, keeping your communications consistent and searchable.
To connect your email, open the Email section of the Communication Hub and add a mail account. Once connected, the platform syncs your inbox so messages appear directly in the hub. New mail arrives with each sync cycle, so you always have a current view of your correspondence. You can connect multiple accounts if needed — they all feed into the same unified inbox, making it easy to manage several addresses from one place.
After adding your mail account, give the first sync a moment to pull in your messages. If you don't see recent emails right away, trigger another sync — new mail arrives with each sync cycle.
When you're ready to write, click Compose for a new message or Reply on an existing thread. The editor opens alongside the AI panel — a hub-wide assistant visible on the right side of the screen. Give it a natural-language instruction like "draft a follow-up to this thread" or "rewrite this in a more formal tone," and it generates text in the context of what you're viewing. You always review and edit the draft before sending; the AI assists, but you stay in control.
The AI panel is toggleable — open it when you need drafting help, close it when you want a distraction-free editor. Try instructions like "summarize this thread" before replying to quickly catch up on long conversations.
Head to the Email section of the Communication Hub. Connect a mail account and let it sync. Once your inbox loads, open any message and hit Reply. Toggle the AI panel on the right, instruct it to draft a response, review the result, then adjust or send.
